Policies
- We want you to be happy with your purchase. Therefore,
you may return an item within two weeks of delivery
if you are not satisfied. Refunds will be in the
form of original payment. Shipping costs are not
refundable.
- Custom and personalized orders are NOT returnable.
- Handmade pieces may vary slightly from the picture.
- Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery, although
many items are available immediately.
- All pieces are subject to availability and prices
are subject to change.
- You will be notified if we cannot fill your order
or if there is a price change.
- Orders may be sent online, faxed or mailed to
Artistic Judiac Promotions.

Shipping
Policies
- Rates are based on value, not quantity, since
most items are shipped insured.
- If an item is particularly heavy, then shipping
rates may require an adjustment.
- Charges are based on merchandise totals for one
shipping address.
- Orders will often be sent directly from the artist
using UPS Ground.
- No shipments can be made to PO boxes.
- You will be notified prior to shipping if additional
charges apply.
- Outside of the USA we will bill you the exact
charges plus $3.00.
- We cannot bill and ship to different addresses
outside of the United States.

UPS Ground or 3rd Day FedEx (if size and weight
permit)
- Up to $50.00 please add $10.00
- $50.01 to $100.00 please add $11.00
- $100.00 and over please add $12.00
- 2nd Day --$20.00
- Overnight--$25.00
- Gift Certificate--No Charge
- Gift Certificate Overnight--$8.00
- Framed Art--$15.00
